For new players and parents, here are answers to some frequently asked questions:

Are beginners welcome? Absolutely! Many of our players are beginners, and we have certified coaches dedicated to teaching the game in a safe, fun, and positive environment.

Will my child get playing time? Yes, every player is guaranteed to play at least half a match.

What equipment do I need? We provide jerseys, shorts, and socks. Required items include a mouthguard and cleats. Optional gear includes a soft-shell scrum cap, shoulder/chest padding, and compression wear.

Can my child play rugby alongside other sports? Certainly! Check our practice/match schedule for potential conflicts. We allow multi-sport players to miss one practice and still participate in matches.
