Programs

• House Flag Rugby (Grades K-8): A fun and easy introduction focusing on fun, teamwork, and the foundational skills of rugby.
• Travel Flag Rugby (Grades 3-4): Build non-contact rugby skills while playing other clubs in Fairfield County. 
• Youth Tackle Rugby (Grades 5-8): Building on the fundamentals, this program emphasizes safe and skillful play.
• High School Rugby (Grades 9-12): Our high school program instills sportsmanship, camaraderie, and a deep pride in representing Stamford Rugby Club.
