Rugby combines speed, strength, skill, and decision-making. You carry the ball, defend, support your teammates, and make decisions under pressure.
Football, soccer, wrestling, basketball, and track athletes can all bring something to rugby. The skills developed on the rugby field can also help in other sports.

All head coaches have playing and coaching experience and are World Rugby Level 1 certified, USA Rugby registered, and SafeSport trained.

U8 & U10 FLAG | COED
Run. Pass. Play. Have fun. Players build basic skills, confidence, teamwork, and a love of the game.
U12 & U14 TACKLE | COED
Develop core rugby skills, learn safe tackling and contact, and build rugby knowledge and confidence through training and competition.
HIGH SCHOOL BOYS
Our high school program has three teams: U16, JV, and Varsity. Players develop their rugby skills, fitness, positional understanding, and tactical awareness through regular training and competition. Our teams compete in the Connecticut Rugby high school boys league.
HIGH SCHOOL GIRLS
We're interested in forming a high school girls team if there's enough interest. If you'd like to play, fill out our player interest form to let us know.
