Programs

• Flag Rugby (Ages 5-18): A fun and easy introduction focusing on fun, teamwork, and the foundational skills of rugby.
• Youth Tackle Rugby (Ages 10-13): Building on the fundamentals, this program emphasizes safe and skillful play.
• High School Rugby (Ages 14-18): Our high school program instills sportsmanship, camaraderie, and a deep pride in representing Stamford Rugby Club.
